Client Situation
A startup insurance company launched in 2017 in Guangdong Province, aims to provide a new and unique approach to insurance services by leveraging sport activities and design thinking to improve the customer experience. As part of its branding efforts, our client decided to organize a marathon event to raise awareness about its services and promote its brand. Due to its limit in marketing and manufacturing, our client ask SENTiENT to help them develop a visual identity for the event and produce sustainable t-shirts for the participants.
SENTiENT Solution
We started the project by conducting research about the insurance industry and its trends. The agency also analyzed our client’s brand values, mission, and target audience to understand their design requirements. Based on this research, SENTiENT developed a “waterdrop” concept for the marathon event's visual identity that would resonate with our client’s audience and communicate its values.SENTiENT presented a few design options, including color schemes, typography, and visual elements that aligned with their brand image. Next, we worked on producing sustainable t-shirts for the marathon participants with eco-friendly and sustainable materials that was made from recycled plastic bottles. The fabric was soft, durable, water-repellent, and lightweight, making it ideal for a marathon event.
