SENTiENT offers free and easy exchange or returns within 30 days after shipping. To qualify for an exchange or return for FULL refund, please make sure that the item remains:

 

- in the same condition as when it first arrived
- unwashed and unworn
- with all the tags and hygienic protection intact and attached to the item
- kept in the original packaging

PLEASE NOTE: We do not cover shippings costs for returns outside of Hong Kong SAR, Macau, and Mainland China.

To Initiate an Exchange or Return

Step 1: 
Email us at info@houseofsentient.com with subject as:
your order number + RETURN or EXCHANGE
In the main email section, we would love to hear the reason for your return or exchange but it is definitely fine if you don’t want to tell. If you are exchanging, please specify the new item (style, color, size) you would like to receive.

Step 2:
We will process your request and get back to you as soon as possible with your Exchange/Return Form which you should print out and include in your return package.

Step 3:
Pack the item(s) neatly and securely, together with original tags, packaging, and Exchange/Return Form
Send out your exchange/return items.

Step 4:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

PLEASE NOTE:
- All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were sent with the tags and hygienic liners attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. 
- Sale items are final sale. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  
- We do not cover shipping costs for returns outside the Hong Kong SAR, Macau, or Mainland China.
- We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
- Please remember to get proof of postage. Please ensure your package is prepaid and insured in case of loss or damage.
