We offer FREE shipping on all Hong Kong SAR, Macau, and Mainland China orders. For international orders, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $200 USD.

International Shipping and Handling
SENTiENT ships from Hong Kong. All international orders are sent with DHL Express or SF Express. The average total transit time should be around 1-9 business days based on the destination. However delays may incur pending on customs. The amount of applicable duty for international orders may vary for each country and their regulation system. This is beyond our power and we hope you could understand. We suggest you check out your local customs office for current charges before you order.If your package is being held by local custom authorities, it is your responsibility to contact the local customs office to arrange the clearance of your package. If you failed to arrange customs clearance, the package will be shipped back to us and we will deduct the shipping expenses incurred to return the package and refund the remaining credit to the original payment method that was used for the purchase.
